The Team — Andrea & Marion
We've spent nearly two decades helping others turn ideas into results — and we decided to apply that experience to the craft of book writing. Here's who we are.
Marion Eickmann — Your Editor
I'm the editorial heart of my-book.ai. I read every chapter of every book we create, and I'm the person you'll speak to on your discovery call.
My path to book editing wasn't conventional. I spent over fifteen years in business strategy, organizational consulting, and leadership development as co-founder of agile42, an international consulting firm I built with Andrea. I worked with executives across Europe, helping organizations navigate complex transformations — which gave me a sharp eye for clear thinking, honest messaging, and ideas that actually hold together under scrutiny.
That same strategic clarity now shapes every book I edit. I don't just fix grammar. I challenge your structure, question your assumptions, and push you to say what you actually mean — not what sounds impressive but means nothing.
I also know the author's struggle from the inside. I'm the author of the Velirion Chronicles — a fantasy trilogy with parallel worlds, distinct races, and interlocking magic systems. The first volume was published in 2026 and is available now. Maintaining consistency across three books and hundreds of thousands of words was the challenge that directly led to building the AI consistency tools at the core of my-book.ai. The system exists because I needed it first.
I've published professional articles in publications including Wirtschaftsinformatik Management and JAVAPRO Magazine, and co-authored The Intentional Workplace — the first book created through the my-book.ai system.
Andrea Tomasini — Founder & System Architect
I'm the founder of my-book.ai and the architect of the AI system behind it. I've personally published four books and overseen the creation of nine more through my-book.ai.
Originally from Italy and based in Berlin, my career spans software engineering, organizational consulting, and authorship. I studied software engineering at the Università di Bologna and later studied systems thinking with Peter Senge at MIT Sloan School of Business.
In 2005, I co-founded agile42 with Marion, growing it into an international consulting firm operating across more than ten countries. Over nearly two decades, I helped organizations worldwide navigate complex change — coaching leadership teams, developing frameworks for organizational resilience, and publishing my thinking in books:
- Agile Transition: What You Need to Know Before Starting (2012)
- The Hitchhiker's Guide to Agile Coaching (2017)
- ORGANIC agility Foundations: Leadership and Organization (2020)
- The Intentional Workplace: Walk the HYBRID Way (2025, co-authored with Marion — the first book created with AIRIA)
I hold some of the highest professional certifications in my field — including the rare combination of Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer from the Scrum Alliance — and have been invited as keynote speaker at conferences worldwide, from Washington DC to Berlin to Vancouver.
But my real passion became clear when I started applying AI to the book-writing process. After years of publishing and coaching others through complex projects, I saw an opportunity: what if the same principles of structured collaboration, iterative refinement, and consistency tracking that made organizational transformations successful could help people write books?
That question became my-book.ai.
How We Got Here
We built agile42 together from a two-person operation into a global consulting firm. Along the way, we learned something that applies directly to book writing: the best results come from structured collaboration, honest feedback, and processes that keep complex work on track.
When Marion started writing her fantasy trilogy, we discovered that existing AI tools couldn't maintain consistency across a full manuscript — characters changed personalities, plot threads were forgotten, world-building details contradicted each other. So Andrea built something better: an AI system with graph-based memory that tracks every detail across hundreds of thousands of words.
We tested it by co-authoring The Intentional Workplace: Walk the HYBRID Way — a book on hybrid work practices, and the first title created through the my-book.ai system. The result proved the concept: AI-powered consistency paired with human editorial judgment could produce a professionally published book in weeks, not months.
Then we realized the system could help others too.
We launched my-book.ai with a simple premise: combine experienced human editors with AI-powered consistency tools, and make the entire process accessible at a price that doesn't require a corporate budget. You can review our transparent book writing packages and pricing to see exactly what that looks like.
Nine books later — three published and six in development — the premise is proving itself.
What This Means for You
When you work with my-book.ai, you're not working with a faceless platform. You're working with Marion, who will read every chapter and challenge you to make it better. You're working with a system Andrea built because he needed it himself. And you're working with two people who have spent two decades helping others turn complex ideas into clear, actionable results.
We'll tell you honestly if your book idea needs more work before we begin. That's not a disclaimer — it's the same honest approach that built two successful businesses and nine books.
