A Note About Pages and Word Counts

We present package sizes as "~pages" because that's how most people think about books. However, exact capacity is based on word counts, which are specified in your project agreement.

The conversion: We estimate ~250 words per page based on standard book formatting (A5 or 6×9" trim size, 11pt font, typical margins). Your actual page count may vary slightly depending on chapter breaks, illustration placement, and formatting choices, but the word count is the contractual boundary.

  • Essentials: 40,000 words → ~160 pages
  • Collaborative: 65,000 words → ~260 pages
  • Premium: 90,000 words → ~360 pages

Do you offer refunds?

We work in stages with clear review checkpoints. If you're not satisfied after the first feedback round, we'll discuss adjustments or part ways with a partial refund (minus work completed). After the second feedback round, the project is considered committed and non-refundable, though we'll work with you to resolve concerns.

Our goal is a book you're proud of. If we're not aligned by round two, we'll say so honestly and discuss options.

Can I pay in installments?
